The S3 brings new capabilities, speed and a more up to date version of Android. Couple that with the slick look and feel as well as the every increasing number of apps on the Android store and you can see why.
But is Apple's fight really with Samsung? Maybe so in part but the threat to Apple is Android, is Google with its new acquisition of Motorola. Somehow Apple seems to be fighting the wrong guy!
By the way, Samsung plays a major role in manufacturing the iPhone, almost one third of the iPhone is made by Samsung.
It is kind of a shame to see great companies like Apple and Samsung, or Oracle and HP wasting their energies and money on long drawn out cases like these instead of building their platform for their next innovation.
Should there be a different kid of courts that specialize in thee IT/IP related cases, faster courts with more technology aware judges and jury?
