Is SOA Dead?

SOA is dead as a marketing term but SOA is fully live, we have just completed a major SOA/BPEL project with IBM.

This is an example of the time lag between the marketing hype and the real time where you get to adopt a particular technology.

SOA is alive!

Where did this come from, SOA is not dead, just because no one talks about it anymore does not mean it is dead. Look at Java, it is no longer in the media, but it is not dead, it is on every phone, PC and server!
